Repair Quotes

Price a repair job before starting work. Supports multiple devices per quote with bundled service pricing.

Creating a quote

  1. Click New Repair Quote
  2. For each device:
    • Pick device category (Phone, Tablet, Laptop...)
    • Pick specific model
    • Enter serial number + asset tag (optional)
    • Check services needed (screen, battery, port, etc.)
  3. Total updates live — first service = regular price, additional = bundle price
  4. Add reference + notes
  5. Save — quote is stored in draft status

Quote statuses

StatusMeaning
draftWork in progress, not yet sent
sentSent to customer for approval
acceptedCustomer approved — ready to start work
declinedCustomer rejected — no work done

Multi-device quotes

A single quote can cover multiple devices. Each device has its own services and total. The grand total sums all devices.

Use case: a school drops off 25 laptops, each needing different repairs. One quote, 25 devices, varying services.

Exporting

Quotes can be exported as PDF (printable estimate) or CSV. The PDF export uses the tenant's branding (logo + colors).
