Where to find it

What you see

  • Completed tickets in the selected date range
  • Device, customer, services performed, labor hours, parts cost, revenue
  • Billed vs. unbilled (unbilled tickets appear in Repair Queue too)
  • Warranty flag

Filters

  • Date range (default: last 90 days)
  • Billed / unbilled
  • Warranty repairs only
  • By service tech
  • By device category

Exports

  • PDF — printable summary per ticket (receipt-style)
  • CSV — full tabular export for accounting or analysis

Metrics you can pull

  • Total repair revenue
  • Average labor hours per repair type
  • Most common services
  • Parts cost per repair
  • Warranty rate (warranty repairs / total repairs)

Integrations

Repair revenue + parts cost are pulled into the Dashboard "Repair savings" metric automatically.
