Product Feeds (Integrations)

Submit your product catalog to Google Shopping, Facebook Catalog, or other marketplaces.

This page covers the integration setup. For the feed format itself, see Product Feeds.

Feed URLs

  • Google: https://yourdomain.com/feeds/google.xml
  • Facebook: https://yourdomain.com/feeds/facebook.csv

These are public — don't require authentication because they're meant to be crawled by third-party services.

Google Shopping setup

  1. Sign up at merchants.google.com (opens in a new tab)
  2. Verify your domain ownership (Search Console or HTML file)
  3. Merchant Center → Products → Feeds → Add new feed
  4. Select "Scheduled fetch"
  5. URL: https://yourdomain.com/feeds/google.xml
  6. Set fetch frequency (daily recommended)
  7. Google will crawl and validate

Typical errors

  • Missing UPC/EAN/GTIN — submit an identifier exemption request in Merchant Center
  • Image too small — feed uses base_image_url; ensure products have images
  • Price mismatch — if Google sees a different price on the product page than in the feed, fix display price

Facebook Catalog setup

  1. Facebook Business Manager → Commerce Manager
  2. Create a catalog (E-commerce type)
  3. Add data source → Scheduled feed
  4. URL: https://yourdomain.com/feeds/facebook.csv
  5. Set update frequency

Dynamic Ads

Once the catalog is live, you can run Facebook Dynamic Ads that automatically show products customers viewed. Combine with Facebook Pixel (see Consent Management) for retargeting.

Walmart / Amazon

Not currently supported out of the box. See the marketplace integration notes for planned support.
