Buyback Overview
The Buyback module lets you buy used devices from clients (schools, businesses, resellers). Spectra handles pricing, quotes, intake, and inspection.
Typical workflow
Client requests quote → Spectra looks up pricing → Quote approved

- Admins / buyback staff — pricing, quotes, batch management
- Field reps — create quotes from the mobile/portal UI during on-site visits
- Clients / resellers — submit quotes, see their batches and payments (via portal)
